Research Objective

Our group at Institut d’Alembert (CNRS, ENS Paris-Saclay) specialises in the study and conception of microfluidic devices for the treatment and monitoring of cells, from the single cell up to cell tissue or organoid. When combined with appropriate integrated electronic and optical sensing technologies devices are obtained that can be used for studying and manipulating living cells under controlled conditions, or for highly specific biological detection in very small samples.
